Canapes

  • Seared tuna with mango papaya salsa on Chinese spoon
  • Roasted beef with salsa verde and gravy on mini Yorkshire pudding
  • Asian Chicken salad with red cabbage & carrots on crispy wontons
  • Mushroom ragout sautéed in garlic & butter on vol-au-vent

Light Dinner

  • Figs and sun-dried tomatoes with roasted beets, rocket & shaved parmesan
  • Basket of bap soft roll
  • Spinach and button mushroom in light cream sauce, chopped chives & pecorino cheese
